This group will serve as a working space for the Kansas Library Association Education Foundation's task force on leadership. The task force is developing a working plan for a Kansas leadership institute.

The KLAEF Leadership Task Force has been meeting to explore the development of a library leadership program for the Kansas library community. During recent meetings of the task force a set of goals for a leadership program were compiled.
